PIPP Plus Fact Sheet

The PIPP Plus program officially started November 1, 2010. Customers must make PIPP Plus payments on time every month. By making on-time payments the customer is eligible for a reduction in what they owe to AEP or Dominion. Customers who fail to make the required payments can be dropped from the program and will need to make up missed payments before getting back on the program. Customers must re-verify their PIPP Plus information every 12 months.
